Black Truffle Bison Burger

Ingredients:

  • All-natural ground bison
  • 1 spoonful of daRosario's Organic Black Truffle Butter
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 Hamburger bread.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

1. Take a handful of all-natural ground bison meat, and mould it into two disc-like shapes. Take a spoonful of daRosario's Organic Black Truffle Butter, and spread it evenly on the top side of one of the bison meat patties.

2. Cover the butter-covered patty with the other patty, and be sure to connect the two patties together, leaving no gaps between them. Heat up the frying pan on medium heat, then pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into the pan, and cook the bison meat patty evenly.

3. While the burger patty cooks on the pan, take a whole white onion, and cut it in half, then slice the one half of the white onion into thin slices. Take the slices and place them in the pan with the patty, and cook until brown.

4. Take your hamburger bread and cut it in half with a bread knife.

5. Once the patty and white onions are finished cooking, turn off the heat, then place the burger patty in the bread, place the cooked onions on the patty, then top it off with the other half of the bread.

You can decide what to add inside the burger: Cheese, ketchup, tomato, lettuce, etc.
