Thank you for choosing daRosario. We take pride in shipping our premium organic truffle products directly from our USDA-certified facility in Queens, New York, to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping: 2-5 days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Product Care During Transit

Our products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and quality. We use packaging designed to protect the delicate, volatile aromatics of our organic truffles during shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your daRosario account.

Shipping Issues

If your package is damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at gustavo@darosario.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. daRosario is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order ships may incur additional fees.
