Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident you will love our organic truffle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not meet the quality standards described

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at rosario@darosario.com or 917-250-8878 within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Include photos if applicable (damaged packaging, product defects).

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

A Note on Organic Truffle Products

Our USDA Organic certified products contain real truffles, which have a subtle, earthy aroma that differs from synthetic alternatives. If you are transitioning from conventional truffle products, you may notice a more delicate flavor profile; this is a hallmark of authentic organic quality, not a defect.
